Drug Delivery Systems The systematic review in article 2300105 by Behnam Akhavan and co-workers examines poly ethylene glycol (PEG)-based hydrogels for cancer drug delivery, emphasizing the design criteria on-demand release response to stimuli. sheds light on important factors governing controlled of anti-cancer drugs from PEG hydrogels, considering various commercial viability these critical limitations that need be addressed their successful clinical translation are discussed.
